MDS Advisory undertook a final account review and exstablished that £500k was recoverable throiugh Adjudication. The total forecast sum was recovered at Adjudication with MDS Advisory securing all legal and quantum points of its client beating a major international company with a turnover of €60 million per annum and beating one of the Tier 1 law firms from the North of England.
