Energy & Renewables

We act for various clients in the power and energy transition sectors and have particular expertise in solar, biogas, waste-to-energy and electric vehicle charging sectors where we advise on power purchase, grid connection, development, marketing and asset management issues.

Our principals have first-hand experience of many of the associated issues from their prior roles in industry and investment management.

We had huge confidence in the advice that we received, which combined clear legal analysis, real-world examples of how things work in practice and a first hand knowledge of our industry.  We worked shoulder-to-shoulder with MDS Advisory through the transaction process to purchase project rights and put in place the whole suite of documents including security arrangements, alongside complex commercial and construction agreements.
