WHAT WE DO

Funding, Investment & Facility Agreements

We are involved in structuring, negotiating and completing funding agreements at all stages in the development process from funded project development agreements, equity investments in project vehicles, senior lending and refinancing.

We work closely with technical advisors and other specialists to identify key issues. In many cases, we advise across the life-span of a project from initial enquiry to exit post-construction.

We worked shoulder-to-shoulder with MDS Advisory through the transaction process to purchase project rights and put in place the whole suite of documents including security arrangements, alongside complex commercial and construction agreements. Adam’s approach was straightforward and responsive. His first hand experience of the issues that came up was invaluable.
