We approached Michael at MDS Advisory to help us secure a JV Agreement which contained a financial platform upon which our technology and IP could be exploited in the UK, USA and Europe. Michael’s advice was clear and concise with the risk of the original offered terms quickly identified. We eventually entered into a Joint Venture Agreement, a Licensing Agreement and Delivery Agreement, which were negotiated and drafted in both a time and cost effective manner.
