ABOUT US

Sharing in client risk and outcomes

MDS Advisory is a new kind of multi-disciplinary practice challenging the way in which professional services companies engage with clients and face the world. This is achieved through more innovative engagements that compliment a client’s cashflow profiles, rather than the more traditional transactional approach.

Working with its sister company and private equity fund, MDS Holdings (Guernsey) Limited, which holds strategic development fund agreements with major strategic investors, MDS Advisory applies its expertise in delivering successfully bankable investment ready projects for its clients.

We also maintain advisory roles during construction delivery phase to manage risk and ensure commercial and contractual compliance. This includes representation in the drafting, negotiation and resolution of contractual claims through the appropriate dispute resolution forum (including litigation, adjudication, mediation or arbitration).
