Recognising client risk and aligning interests

MDS Advisory seeks to challenge the way in which professional services are offered to clients. This is achieved through innovative engagements that complement a client’s cashflow profiles, with flexibility on terms. In many business law engagements, we are involved from origination stage through the operation stage, building our own picture of the client’s challenges and opportunities. Several of our clients outsource legal and associated matters to us in preference to employing in-house counsel.

Working with its sister company and private equity fund, MDS Holdings (Guernsey) Limited, which holds strategic development fund agreements with major strategic investors, MDS Advisory applies its expertise in delivering successfully bankable investment ready projects for its clients.

We also maintain advisory roles during construction delivery phase to manage risk and ensure commercial and contractual compliance. This includes representation in the drafting, negotiation and resolution of contractual claims through the appropriate dispute resolution forum (including litigation, adjudication, mediation or arbitration).
